We are the first and only Polish LSP listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, with a long track record of serving corporate clients, Polish LSPs as well as public institutions. We grow organically as well as via acquisitions and alliances in Poland, India, Europe, America and Asia. We are able to locally leverage our global resources and hence deliver to our Clients a broad and comprehensive offer. In 2016 we started a new business line dedicated to European and American LSPs: translation, localization, DTP, subtitling & voice-over, software/ website/ application testing and outsourcing of project management, QC and other functions.

We are now looking for another passionate retailer to join our competent team in a fun, international, dynamic and inspiring work environment.

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • running active sales of the company’s services,
  • managing the entire process of starting cooperation (preparing offers, holding presentations, preparing tender offers, contacting Clients, meeting Clients),
  • maintaining long-term relations with current Clients and gaining new ones,
  • participating in fairs and events,
  • supervising contracts to be signed,
  • monitoring the market for new sales opportunities,
  • seeking and implementing new sales methods,
  • monitoring the competition,
  • business trips,
  • continuing cooperation with the sales department coordinator.

Requirements:

  • at least 2 years of sales experience in the B2B sector,
  • higher education,
  • very good English,
  • very good command of MS Office,
  • driving licence – category B,
  • experience in building databases of Clients,
  • knowledge in sales techniques,
  • goal-orientation and efficiency in operations,
  • high communication skills,
  • regularity, independence,
  • ability to build and maintain long-term partner-level business relations,
  • experience in the translation industry at a similar position will be an asset.
