The Management Board of Summa Linguae Technologies S.A., headquartered in Krakow (the “Company”), announces the schedule for publishing interim reports in 2023.
Interim reports will be released to the public on the following dates:
– Consolidated quarterly report for the Q4 of 2022. – February 14, 2023.
– Consolidated quarterly report for the Q1 2023. – May 15, 2023.
– Consolidated quarterly report for the Q2 2023. – August 14, 2023.
– Consolidated quarterly report for the Q3 2023. – November 14, 2023.
– Separate and consolidated annual report for 2022 – May 31, 2023.
Any changes in the dates of interim reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
Legal grounds: Article 6(14)(1) of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Interim Information in the Alternative Trading System on NewConnect”.
