The Management Board of Summa Linguae Technologies S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company”) hereby announces that on 3 February 2021, the Company received from the Members of the Agreement a notification of a correction to a notification of a change in the share of the Members of the Agreement in the total number of votes in the Company (“Notification”).
The Company encloses hereto the content of the Notification.
