Scope of Work
As a patent law firm, our client processes big volumes of patent documents every month. The company is in constant need of specialized translation. We cooperate in regard of translations and localization of patents that usually concern science, like chemistry. So far, our cooperation covered translation of 500-700 pages per month (average).
How we did it
The content concerns highly specialized areas like chemistry. We handles the full process – our DTP department provides analysis and prepares the files, and after translation our internal QA department provides full editing with proofreading.
We have recently moved a client-specific glossary to a different format and updated it. Due to the nature of the texts, the client required us to follow very specific formatting and terminology rules.
And due to the nature of our cooperation we worked out an individual process of ordering translations and updating them.
